Adapt Plant · Site-scale product line
Adapt, engineered for larger skid-based process duties.
Adapt Plant applies the same modular process and control philosophy as compact Adapt, using larger-volume equipment, packaged process skids and project-engineered site integration. It is a separate product line—not a larger container or a fifth compact model.
Product definition
A plant assembled around the case—not a fixed machine.
The functional boundaries stay explicit. Capacity, feed chemistry, equipment duty, materials, skid count, civil works and physical layout are established through the signed project basis.
The objective is not maximum performance on paper. It is a stable, repeatable and controlled environment in which a validated process can behave consistently. Feed acceptance, preparation, reaction, separation, holding and recovery remain named functions.
Plant scaling is not proportional enlargement. Structural loads, lifting, transport, site assembly, access, containment, foundations and utilities are independently engineered for the selected installation.
Frozen functional topology
No bypasses hidden in the diagram.
The sequence below is the current Plant reference route. ERM-P raffinate returns only to HM-1; there is no direct AFCM-P-to-RM-1 bypass.
Compact Adapt vs Plant
Shared logic does not mean shared hardware.
This comparison makes the scale boundary visible without implying that compact-model specifications carry over to Plant.
| Attribute | Adapt 20C / 20X / 40S / 40P | Adapt Plant |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Four compact Reaction Module configurations | Separate site-scale Adapt product line |
| Reaction equipment | Compact AE630-based arrangements | Larger-volume project-selected equipment; working volume remains HOLD until G0/G1 |
| Deployment | 20-ft and 40-ft transportable architectures | Skid-based, site-integrated equipment |
| Scaling method | Select model / add verified compact capacity | Add verified trains; capacity-match every active function |
| Utility function | Model/configuration-specific | UM-1 is an active process module matched to the selected case |
| Layout basis | Container configuration plus site interfaces | Project-specific zoning, foundations, access, containment and civil works |
| Automation | Local deterministic execution under shared governance | Same authority model: PLC executes, safety vetoes, Olerib supervises |
| Readiness | Published basis* | Project sizing data required |
Functional-boundary responsibilities
Every named boundary remains in the reference sequence.
Project-specific equipment and technology inside each boundary remain case-selected. No boundary is omitted, reordered or bypassed without a controlled architecture change.
| Boundary | Owns | Does not own |
|---|---|---|
| AFCM-P | Feed acceptance, classification and controlled conditioning | Unqualified direct feed to reaction |
| UM-1 | Slurry preparation, buffering, utility distribution and transfer | Metal recovery |
| RM-1 | Kit-governed primary processing | Upstream feed qualification |
| SM-1 | Explicit post-reaction phase separation | Final product release |
| HM-1 | Holding, balancing and controlled return interface | Unverified recycle |
| ERM-P | Locked recovery/finishing boundary and controlled raffinate return | One universal recovery technology or product specification |
