Chemistry kits
Every Kit has its own operating envelope.
A Chemistry Kit is a controlled process package: feed acceptance, chemistry, recipe, hardware configuration, safety limits, cleaning logic, evidence and named output receivers. It must remain inside the outer Adapt platform envelope, but its released window is narrower and specific to the application.
Controlled Kit register
Purpose, envelope focus and maturity shown together.
The register includes core, specialty, environmental and future packages. A family name is not permission to run: the case-specific envelope values and evidence must be released for the named feed and project.

How kits work
Hardware + recipe + evidence.
A kit is a controlled configuration package. The chemistry cannot bypass the physical or digital envelope of the selected product.
Controlled change
The kit can change. The permission model does not.
| Kit element | What it contains | Release requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Chemistry definition | Reagents, concentrations, order and limits | Representative process validation |
| Hardware configuration | Wetted materials, dosing, heat, mixing and separation | Compatibility and duty evidence |
| Control recipe | Setpoints, sequences, alarms and forbidden transitions | SRS / cause-and-effect review |
| Cleaning / changeover | CIP, flush, contamination and waste route | Verified end state and receiver |
| Product route | Named quality criteria and downstream receiver | Product verification and receiver acceptance protocol |
Your chemistry · your process knowledge
Customers and technology partners can develop their own Kit.
A proprietary formula can be submitted as a controlled customer or partner Kit. Elemenos qualifies whether and how it can operate inside the platform architecture; the formula does not need to be published on this website or exposed to other operators.
| Step | What happens | What the customer receives |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Define | Submit the feed, process objective, formula boundary and available evidence under the agreed confidentiality framework. | A scoped qualification plan and explicit data gaps |
| 2 · Qualify | Review platform-envelope compatibility, materials, hazards, process duty, recipe limits, outputs and residual routes. | A Kit-specific operating envelope or a documented no-go |
| 3 · Validate | Run representative laboratory, treatability or pilot work at the evidence level required for the duty. | Traceable evidence tied to the named feed and recipe version |
| 4 · Release | Freeze the permitted recipe, hardware pack, control sequence, access rules and changeover method. | A controlled customer or partner Kit for the agreed project scope |
