Adapt Process Envelope
One platform envelope. A qualified envelope for every Kit.
The platform envelope defines the outer published operating domain for the compact Adapt mineral/slurry line. Every released Chemistry Kit then applies a narrower, case-specific window for the feed, chemistry, materials, equipment duty and product route.
Published compact-Adapt boundary
The outer platform envelope.
These values are screening boundaries—not automatic permission to run. The selected Kit and project design may impose tighter limits.
| Parameter | Published platform boundary | Qualification rule |
|---|---|---|
| pH | 0.5–10 | Kit-specific chemistry and wetted-material review |
| Temperature | 15–80 °C | Engineering margin to 90 °C; not an automatic operating release |
| Dynamic viscosity | 1–150 mPa·s | Up to 400 mPa·s only with the qualified high-viscosity pack |
| Chloride | ≤15 wt% | Basis, temperature and materials compatibility must be stated |
| Conductivity | 0.1–50 mS/cm | Measurement method and temperature basis required |
| Slurry solids | 15 wt% default | Final solids loading follows rheology, hydraulics and separation evidence |
| Feed particle size | <2 mm | Particle-size distribution, oversize route and erosion basis required |
| TOC | <5 ppm | Higher organic loading requires a separately qualified route |
Envelope hierarchy
The permitted window narrows at every decision layer.
A value inside the outer platform envelope can still be outside the selected Kit or project envelope.
Inside every released layerOutside one layer = no release
What every Kit envelope contains
More than a pH and temperature range.
The Kit envelope ties the recipe to the equipment, safety basis, separation duty and named outputs.
Customer chemistry
Your formula can become a controlled Elemenos Kit.
Customers and technology partners may submit their own chemistry, recipe or process formula for qualification. Elemenos qualifies the interfaces and operating window required to run it within the platform; confidentiality, ownership and improvement rights are defined in the project agreement.
| Customer provides | Elemenos qualifies | Release outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Formula, chemistry family or performance objective | Compatibility with the feed, platform and selected hardware | A named customer Kit or a documented no-go |
| Available laboratory or pilot evidence | Operating limits, gas/heat/foam, corrosion, separation and recovery duty | A released Kit envelope with open evidence clearly recorded |
| Confidentiality and ownership requirements | Recipe access, versioning, execution permissions and audit trail | Controlled use under agreed NDA, IP and data-rights terms |
